Job Summary
Load, operate, and unload the dish machine safely while keeping it and sinks clean. Wash and store all kitchenware, baskets, and crates; maintain adequate detergent levels and properly label chemicals. Put away deliveries and orders as assigned, ensuring refrigerators and freezers remain clean and organized. Assist with basic food preparation per checklists and complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures. Keep all restaurant areas clean and organized by following the cleaning checklist. This role is part of Convive Brands, a New York-based hospitality group operating Le Pain Quitidien, Little Beet, and Little Beet Table across the country.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
Desired Qualifications
- 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training preferred
- Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required
