Job Summary

Portal Specialist within BioIVT's global sales organisation, responsible for coordinating responses to customer and prospect inquiries submitted through third-party portals (e.g., Scientist.com and Science Exchange). Partners with Business Development, field sales, and regulatory teams to support growth and regional sales targets. Requires experience in inside sales, sales support or customer service, ability to interpret sales metrics, and a goal-oriented mindset. Reports to the Senior Director, Business Development, Europe; accountable for coordinating portal strategy execution, supporting regional portal targets, and ensuring timely, accurate RFQ responses. Hybrid/Remote work with onboarding at Burgess Hill site and up to 10% travel annually. Benefits include UK private medical insurance, holidays, life assurance, EAP and development opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a sales support specialist or customer support associate
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of best-in-class customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, industry events and regional meetings
