Job Summary
Plan routine maintenance activities for the Mobile Maintenance Fleet, scheduling resources, parts, and tooling to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable work progression. Upload and maintain labor, APLs, SJP's, and costs in SharePoint and SAP while developing task lists and reviewing stock requirements. Coordinate with business partners to execute work per approved SOWs, review invoices against agreements, and manage the annual budget and forecast. Maintain an accurate backlog and connect with supervisors, planners, and vendors to achieve set goals. This role supports Portal Mines' vision as a valued gold mining business within a collaborative, high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Outlook)
- Ability to deliver clear and concise information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with computer-based maintenance planned/scheduling
- Maintenance planning background
- Previous maintenance planning experience SAP
- Sound understanding of maintenance safety and environmental requirements
- Excellent planning, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills
