Job Summary
Perform inspections, testing, maintenance, and servicing of portable fire extinguishers and related equipment independently. Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy while performing duties in commercial, industrial, and construction environments. Manage assigned tasks with the ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions including heights and confined spaces. Requires one plus years of experience in the fire and life safety industry as an apprentice or technician, a clean driving record, and an active driver's license. Compensation ranges from $23-$26 per hour with a $1000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 1 plus years of experience in the fire and life safety industry as an apprentice or technician
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
- Strong understanding of portable fire protection equipment and applicable codes
- Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license (if driving role)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods
