Portable Aggregate Crush/Wash Plant Foreman

Manage production, schedules, and daily operations for a tight-knit crew while overseeing crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment. Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec. Enforce safety practices and work site standards while communicating clearly with crew, managers, and contractors. Pitch in when needed for welding, inspections, or cleanup. Requires solid mining operations experience, good communication skills, a valid driver's license, and comfort with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions.
