Port Operations Executive (Berth Planning)

Job Summary
Review and approve vessel profile submissions via Modernised JP-Online, process berth applications accurately, and assign cargo-client codes, storage, and crane allocations. Maintain vessel records in the JP vessel master database and ensure timely conversion of Cement Vessel Reservation System bookings to berth applications. Update the Berth Application and Planning System with changes and respond promptly to emails to support efficient vessel scheduling and crane allocation. Work with agents and WSH to ensure adherence to Dangerous Goods limits. Requires a Diploma in Maritime, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, at least 5 years of port industry experience, and ability to perform 12-hour shift work.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Maritime, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- At least 5 years of experience in the port or related industry
- Able to perform 12-hour shift work
- Computer literate
- Ability to work independently and handle customer needs professionally
- Basic writing skills
