Job Summary
Manage passenger check-in, departure, and arrival procedures to ensure smooth daily operations at the Port of Tyne. Respond to passenger enquiries, resolve issues promptly, and liaise with third-party stakeholders like UK Border Force and Special Branch to maintain compliance. Meet performance targets for speed, service quality, and efficiency while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
