Senior Port Manager responsible for leading day-to-day port operations at Port Kembla & Eden, overseeing crew management, industrial relations, vessel operations, safety compliance, budgets, and business development; provide strategic and operational leadership across crew planning, fleet readiness, customer relationships, and commercial outcomes, ensuring safe, reliable, and commercially successful operations across the port complex.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership in operational environments
- Experience managing employee and industrial relations, including disputes and Enterprise Agreements
- Strong commercial and operational skills, including customer engagement and contract management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Marine industry experience or qualifications, with knowledge of compliance, classification societies, and vessel operations
