Job Summary
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations. Maintain personal and productivity goals while connecting with every customer through open-ended questions to assess needs. Learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customers' needs, maintaining awareness through product knowledge training. Assist with brand awareness by supporting store management with social media. Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of retail experience
