Population Health Operations (PHO) Clinical Oversight Clinician to develop and oversee operating policies, procedures, and systems for care management; serve as SME on identified special populations; analyze performance data and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows; provide staff education and training on program components; oversee resource utilization for specialty populations; remote within North Carolina with regular hours and benefits
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a health or human services field
- one (1) year of experience providing care to complex individuals with Behavioral Health conditions
- Fully licensed by the state of North Carolina as an LCSW, LCMHC, LPA, LMFT, LCAS or RN
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must reside within North Carolina
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required
