Job Summary
Provide consultation and analyses to client partners and support Accountable Blue product initiatives in Medical Cost, Utilization Management, Quality Improvement, and Wellness. Track, measure, and convey results to internal and external audiences by analyzing product, financial, and utilization data to identify opportunities. Act as a consultant to stakeholders to improve health plan benefit design, develop reports based on multiple data sources, and monitor models to assess program impact and value. Research benchmarks, analyze trends, and develop presentations to advance the Plan's strategic objectives. Requires a four-year degree, three to five years of population health experience, and proficiency in Excel and SAS.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree in health care, business, statistics, math or a closely related field
- Three to five years of population health and/or health insurance experience
- experience in reimbursement methodologies
- data research and reporting
- Microsoft Excel programming knowledge
- SAS programming knowledge
- Must be able to work Wednesdays in the office
- Must be within driving distance of the Berlin, VT office
- Fully remote candidates within Vermont (further than 50 miles from our Berlin, VT office) will be considered on a case-by-case basis
