Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging positively with travelers, operate the point-of-sale system to process payments, and prepare and serve quality food. Ensure proper food handling procedures including stocking, rotating, and checking temperatures while actively cross-selling products. Complete kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and cleaning, plus maintain workstation sanitation. Stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds while following all brand standards and safety policies. Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
