Job Summary
Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests while operating a POS system to take orders and collect payment. Prepare and package customer orders, clean cooking and prep areas, and account for food quality and quantity. Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients to ensure product quality and availability. Maintain efficiency and excellent customer service through effective staff management and problem solving. Lead by example with shift awareness and a positive attitude to make guests feel welcome and appreciated.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age is 18
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 20lbs. from one area to another)
- Ability to operate a computerized POS system
- Basic math skills and written/verbal skills
- Enthusiasm and team player
- Commitment to excellent customer service
