Job Summary
Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests while operating a POS system to take orders and collect payment. Prepare and package customer orders, then clean and prepare cooking and prep areas. Account for food quality and quantity, demonstrating complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients. Ensure product quality and availability with efficient staff management and problem solving. Maintain shift awareness and a positive attitude to lead by example, making guests feel welcome and appreciated. Minimum age is 18; excellent communication skills and physical dexterity required to move up to 20lbs.
