Job Summary
Shift Manager at Popeyes responsible for ensuring product quality, availability, efficiency and customer service, leading by example, and ensuring guests feel welcome. Responsibilities include providing fast, friendly service, operating the POS system, preparing and packaging orders, maintaining cleanliness of cooking and prep areas, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and ingredients, and ensuring food quality and quantity through effective staff management and problem solving.
Required Qualifications
