Job Summary
Shift Manager at Popeyes in Gurley, AL overseeing guest experience, cash handling, and daily operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, preparing and packaging food to Popeyes standards, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, upholding health and safety standards, demonstrating brand and menu knowledge, ensuring food quality and temperature, maximizing service efficiency, filling orders accurately within service times, collecting payments, unloading and stocking inventory, and maintaining punctual attendance. Training available; evening/weekend/holiday availability required; ServSafe certification is a plus. Opportunities for growth within the restaurant operations and leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with Guests and coworkers
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 15 pounds frequently
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous items weighing no more than 60 pounds
- No experience necessary, we will train the right candidate
- ServSafe certification is a plus
