Job Summary
General Manager of a quick service restaurant (QSR) inside a travel plaza overseeing day-to-day operations, profitability, and a dedicated team. Responsibilities include leading associates and managers to meet sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety; maintaining operating budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, and profitability; ensuring compliance with policies and laws; fostering a learning, development, and recognition culture; recruiting, developing, and retaining staffing; managing cash handling; resolving customer issues professionally; and collaborating with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities. Essential experience includes team leadership, delegation, issue resolution, driving profitable growth with strong customer/employee satisfaction, and proficient computer skills. ServSafe Certification is preferred. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of supervisor-level experience in QSR, and a flexible on-site schedule around 50 hours per week. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant
- Available to work a flexible on-site schedule approximately 50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
