Greet and serve guests, efficiently prepare and package customer orders, and maintain sanitation and safety standards in the work area. Complete daily paperwork, clean and prepare cooking and prep areas, and account for food quality and quantity. Manage time to maintain high productivity while demonstrating complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients. Operate various cooking and holding equipment with excellent communication skills and physical dexterity to move up to 50lbs. Minimum age is 18.
