Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by assisting the General Manager with inventory control, cash security, and preventative maintenance while driving profitability and guest experience. Lead the team through recruiting, scheduling, and onboarding to cultivate a positive culture, ensuring food safety standards and brand compliance are met. Address guest complaints directly and motivate staff to exceed service expectations. Requires 1-2 years of quick service experience, P&L understanding, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
Desired Qualifications

- Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability
