Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations by controlling profit and loss through cash security, inventory management, and labor oversight while reviewing financial reports. Plan professional growth for the management team and crew, working with the general manager to exceed store goals and maintain exceptional customer service. Ensure compliance with labor laws and execute regular safety, cleaning, and operations checklists. Drive sales and profitability through continuous employee coaching and strategic planning. Requires a valid driver's license, flexible schedule including nights and holidays, and a proven track record of increasing sales.
Required Qualifications
- Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience
- A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
- Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales
- Excellent customer service standards
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, especially nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven reliability and high personal integrity
