Popeyes Assistant General Manager

Manage day-to-day operations by controlling profit and loss through cash security, inventory management, labor oversight, and financial reporting. Plan and ensure the professional growth of the management team and crew while working with the general manager to meet and exceed store goals. Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws by completing regular safety, cleaning, and operations checklists. Candidates must have QSR or casual restaurant experience, preferably with fryer exposure, and a proven track record of increasing sales and profitability. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
