Manage day-to-day operations by controlling profit and loss through cash control, security procedures, and inventory management. Plan professional growth for the management team and crew while working with the general manager to meet store goals. Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety checklists. Drive results through continuous employee coaching, sales growth, and profit optimization. Requires a valid driver's license, flexible schedule including nights and holidays, and proven experience in QSR or casual dining environments.
Required Qualifications
- Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience
- A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability

- Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
- Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales
