Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations by controlling profit and loss through cash security procedures, inventory management, and labor oversight while reviewing financial reports. Plan and ensure the professional growth and development of the management team and crew members. Work with the general manager to meet and exceed store goals, maintaining exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Guarantee guest satisfaction by completing regular safety, cleaning, and operations checklists. Requires a valid driver's license, vehicle, and ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience with a proven track record of increasing sales and profitability is preferred.
