Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations by controlling profit and loss through cash security, inventory management, labor oversight, and financial reporting. Plan and ensure professional growth for the management team and crew while working with the general manager to meet store goals. Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with labor laws, safety, and cleaning checklists. Drive results through continuous employee coaching, sales initiatives, and profit growth. Requires a valid driver's license, vehicle, and ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience
- A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
- Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales
- Excellent customer service standards
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, especially nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven reliability and high personal integrity
