Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations by controlling profit and loss through cash control, security procedures, inventory management, and labor oversight. Review financial reports, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, and maintain safety, cleaning, and operations checklists. Plan professional growth for the management team and crew, work with the general manager to exceed store goals, and drive sales and profitability. Maintain exceptional customer service standards in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Requires a valid driver's license, vehicle, and ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience
- A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
- Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales
- Excellent customer service standards
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, especially nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven reliability and high personal integrity
