Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations by controlling profit and loss through cash security, inventory management, labor oversight, and financial report reviews. Plan and ensure the professional growth of the management team and crew while working with the general manager to meet and exceed store goals. Maintain exceptional customer service standards and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws by completing regular safety, cleaning, and operations checklists. Drive sales and profitability through continuous employee coaching, strategic planning, and cost control techniques. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work flexible schedules including nights and holidays, and a proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience
- A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
- Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales
- Excellent customer service standards
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, especially nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven reliability and high personal integrity
