Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations by controlling profit and loss through cash security, inventory management, and labor oversight while reviewing financial reports. Plan professional growth for the management team and crew, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety checklists to maintain guest satisfaction. Work with the general manager to meet store goals, drive sales and profitability, and coach employees in a high-volume environment. Requires a valid driver's license, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and proven experience in QSR or casual dining.
Required Qualifications
- Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience
- A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
