Job Summary
Manage payroll for 19 staff, process accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile payments and receivables using Xero and Deputy. Handle invoicing, BAS filing, and end-of-month P/L reports while maintaining internal databases and client files in Pipedrive and Docusign. Respond to emails within 24 hours, draft client quotes within 48 hours, and ensure contractor payments are processed weekly. Work remotely in a morning shift (20 hours/week transitioning to full-time) at $10AUD/hour. Requires proficiency in Australian payroll standards, GST, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar bookkeeping/administrative role
- Strong background in the Australian market
- Familiarity with local payroll
- Familiarity with GST
- Familiarity with BAS
- Familiarity with compliance standards
- Proficiency in XERO
- Proficiency in Deputy
- Proficiency in Pipedrive
- Proficiency in Docusign
