Pooling Programs Manager

Job Summary
Lead operational implementation and startup activities for new pooling programs, including readiness planning, site preparation, communication, training, and launch execution. Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, poolers, and internal stakeholders regarding pooling program execution. Define customer, pooler, and operational requirements for the portfolio, translate them into clear field execution standards, and ensure compliance across participating locations. Monitor implementation performance, issue resolution, and operational readiness during startup and stabilization. Maintain program quality through audits, performance analysis, and field engagement, while owning asset accountability, invoice reconciliation, and chargeback management. Analyze operational and financial trends to communicate risks and recommendations to leadership. Coordinate issue resolution and activity implementation across Operations, Finance, Quality, and other support functions. Travel approximately 65% for customer, implementation, audit, and site support requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, pallet pooling, supply chain, asset management, customer program management, or related environments
- Experience with pooled assets, warehousing, transportation, depot, repair, or customer-managed supply chain operations
- Knowledge of operational controls, asset accountability practices, compliance requirements, financial reconciliation, and performance reporting
- Ability to translate customer requirements into executable operational processes and standards
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence execution across multiple functions without direct authority
- Willingness to travel approximately 65% based on customer, implementation, audit, and site support requirements
