Pooling Programs Manager

Job Summary
Lead operational implementation and startup activities for new pooling programs, including readiness planning, site preparation, communication, training, and launch execution. Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, poolers, and internal stakeholders regarding program execution, monitoring performance and resolving issues during stabilization. Define and enforce operating standards across the portfolio, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and approved work practices while managing asset accountability, invoice reconciliation, and chargeback resolution. Maintain visibility into program performance, asset utilization, and financial exposure through regular reporting and trend analysis. Coordinate issue resolution and activity implementation across Operations, Finance, Quality, and other support functions. Travel approximately 65% based on customer, implementation, audit, and site support requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, pallet pooling, supply chain, asset management, customer program management, or related environments
- Willingness to travel approximately 65% based on customer, implementation, audit, and site support requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with pooled assets, warehousing, transportation, depot, repair, or customer-managed supply chain operations
- Knowledge of operational controls, asset accountability practices, compliance requirements, financial reconciliation, and performance reporting
- Ability to translate customer requirements into executable operational processes and standards
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence execution across multiple functions without direct authority
