Job Summary
Lead operational implementation and startup activities for new pooling programs across CHEP, PECO, and customer-managed asset portfolios, including readiness planning, site preparation, and launch execution. Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and poolers while defining operating standards, monitoring field execution, and ensuring compliance with approved work practices. Own asset accountability, invoice reconciliation, and chargeback management to drive financial performance and corrective actions. Maintain reporting on program performance, asset utilization, and operational risks for leadership reviews. Coordinate issue resolution and activity implementation across Operations, Finance, Quality, and Account Management. Requires 5+ years in operations or supply chain, 65% travel, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, pallet pooling, supply chain, asset management, customer program management, or related environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Willingness to travel approximately 65% based on customer, implementation, audit, and site support requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with pooled assets, warehousing, transportation, depot, repair, or customer-managed supply chain operations
- Knowledge of operational controls, asset accountability practices, compliance requirements, financial reconciliation, and performance reporting
- Ability to translate customer requirements into executable operational processes and standards
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence execution across multiple functions without direct authority
