Job Summary
Provide friendly, fast, and helpful service to all guests and team members. Promptly and accurately take beverage and food orders, transmit orders to the culinary team, and serve food items. Complete sales by taking money, counting change, processing comps, and operating the POS system. Maintain cleanliness of the assigned area, stock supplies, and follow food handling procedures. Participate as a team member with servers, bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to regulatory and company policies while performing duties safely. Must be 21 years of age with strong communication skills and flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to learn server best practices and etiquette
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
