Pool Valet Manager

Job Summary
Oversee the daily operation of the Pool Club, supervise 30–40 employees (valets, hosts, locker room attendants) across locations, and train/develop staff. Create schedules, interview and select recreation-team personnel, enforce policies, ensure safety, maintain equipment/inventory, attend meetings, and collaborate with the Recreation Manager. Maintain high service standards, manage guest interactions, and uphold company procedures while directing staff and reporting results to the Manager, Recreation.
Required Qualifications
- Three years minimum management experience
- Ability to supervise, direct, and manage a staff of 30 to 40 employees across multiple locations
- First Aid and CPR certified
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Moderate computer skills
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, walk, stand, lift up to 30 lbs, push/pull up to 250 lbs as needed
