Pool Training Manager

Oversee the quality and success of the training process, including supervision of the Golden Team, Golden Learner program, and pool area cleanliness. Work directly with customers for at least 20 hours weekly across shifts as a Swim Instructor, Lifeguard, Deck Supervisor, or Front Desk representative. Lead Monthly In-Services and In-Water Workshops, host New Hire Orientations twice monthly, and ensure effective Mini, Pro, and Golden Team workshops are conducted. Manage Golden Team promotions and training while holding members accountable to lesson quality and attendance expectations. Conduct Golden Learner trial lessons to assess student safety needs and communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and program qualifications. Complete Asana tasks, participate in L10 meetings, and fulfill Manager on Duty responsibilities as required.
