Job Summary
Monitor pool area for safety and enforce pool rules; provide assistance to guests and maintain cleanliness of the pool area; perform daily maintenance and cleaning of the pool and surrounding areas; ensure pool equipment is in working order; require excellent verbal communication and customer service skills, physical fitness for outdoor/physical tasks, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; must be willing to work on weekends, holidays, and after hours; outdoor environment with emphasis on safety and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Physically fit, good swimming abilities, and able to perform physical labor in harsh weather conditions
- Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment (up to 50 pounds)
- Knowledge of pool equipment and safety measures
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and after hours
