Job Summary
Manage weekly pool routes performing water quality testing, adjusting sanitation levels, cleaning and backwashing filters, and brushing or vacuuming pools. Remove debris from surfaces and floors, balance chemicals, and oversee general upkeep of all pool equipment while maintaining clean jobsites. Communicate effectively with customers and supervisors to serve clients professionally, and maintain accurate records and company forms. Work outside for long periods in varying temperatures, lifting 50+ lbs, while adhering to all pool safety rules and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must have a valid Driver's License with clean M.V.R
- Must have physical ability to lift 50+ lb.
- Ability to work outside for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures
- Be dependable, reliable, responsive, problem solver and detail oriented
- Pass a drug screen & background check
Desired Qualifications
- Pool experience preferred, but willing to train
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus
