Job Summary
Manage a weekly pool route performing maintenance tasks including testing water quality, adjusting sanitation levels, cleaning and backwashing filters, brushing, vacuuming, and removing debris. Balance chemicals, oversee general upkeep of pool equipment, and maintain clean jobsites while enforcing safety rules. Communicate effectively with customers and supervisors, maintain accurate records, and perform other duties as directed. Must possess physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, a valid driver's license with a clean M.V.R, and ability to work outside in extreme temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must have a valid Driver's License with clean M.V.R
- Must have physical ability to lift 50+ lb.
- Ability to work outside for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures
- Be dependable, reliable, responsive, problem solver and detail oriented
- Pass a drug screen & background check
Desired Qualifications
- Pool experience preferred, but willing to train
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus
