Job Summary
Oversee daily Infinity Pool and Pool Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, safety, and cleanliness. Monitor pool deck presentation, towel inventory, and equipment readiness while conducting routine inspections for maintenance or safety concerns. Supervise food and beverage service, manage bar inventories, and ensure compliance with Maricopa County Health Department regulations and liquor laws. Coach team members, conduct pre-shift meetings, and handle guest service recovery. Work outdoors in high temperatures, weekends, and varying shifts. Available for immediate start.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or transport up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours) in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Ability to work outdoors in high temperatures while maintaining a professional appearance and exceptional guest service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make sound decisions and resolve guest or employee concerns professionally
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
- Maintain safe work practices and promptly report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Promote exceptional guest service while demonstrating Sanctuary's Mission, Vision, and Values
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent
- Current Food Handler's Card
- Title IV Liquor Certification
- Minimum of 2 years F&B Supervisory experience required
- Experience with hospitality and customer service required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with Open Table preferred
