Pool Service Technician

Job Summary
Service established routes of residential and commercial swimming pools by testing and balancing water chemistry, adjusting chemicals, and brushing walls and steps. Vacuum pools, remove debris, empty baskets, and clean or backwash filters as needed. Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems for proper operation, identifying issues and communicating repair recommendations to customers. Maintain accurate service records, keep vehicles organized, and deliver exceptional customer service during every visit. No experience required; paid training provided. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to safely handle pool chemicals and equipment after training
- Monday-Friday schedule — No weekends
