Job Summary
Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company quality standards while inspecting equipment during every service visit. Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and chemical inventory to maximize route efficiency, and complete all service documentation accurately using mobile applications. Communicate maintenance recommendations to customers and leadership to support retention and recurring revenue growth. Maintain 98% route completion on schedule, 95% first-time service quality, and 90% customer satisfaction. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, and physical ability for outdoor work.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and lift required weight
Desired Qualifications
- Previous swimming pool service or maintenance experience
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience using mobile service applications and field service management software
