Pool Service Technician

Job Summary
Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company quality standards. Inspect pools and equipment during every service visit, identifying maintenance concerns and communicating recommendations to customers and leadership. Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory to maximize route efficiency and minimize downtime. Complete all service documentation accurately using company mobile applications while maintaining proactive communication with customers and internal teams. Deliver exceptional residential pool service by maintaining clean, safe, and properly balanced swimming pools while providing outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and lift required weight
Desired Qualifications
- Previous swimming pool service or maintenance experience
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience using mobile service applications and field service management software
