Job Summary
Poolwerx Pool Service and Repair Technician responsible for inspecting and maintaining residential/commercial pools, performing routine cleaning (skimming, vacuuming, brushing), balancing water chemistry, repairing equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, lighting), using hand/power tools, documenting services, and managing an established route. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and 1–3 years pool maintenance experience; CPO certification is a plus. The role emphasizes outdoor work, customer service, and independent work with paid training on the latest products and technology.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and clean driver's license
- Be 21 or older for motor vehicle insurance purposes
- Able to pass a criminal background and drug tests
- Proficient in use of smartphones and computers
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of water chemistry, equipment maintenance and pool mechanics
