Job Summary
Pool Server at Limelight Mammoth (seasonal, summer) delivers exceptional outdoor food and beverage service to guests, greeting guests warmly, taking and delivering orders promptly, maintaining pool area cleanliness, handling payments, and coordinating with team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Must have or be working toward a high school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of customer service experience and preferably 1 year of serving experience. Knowledge of POS systems, wine, pool safety, and beer/liquor laws is advantageous; strong communication, time-management, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential. This is a seasonal full-time role with housing available and pays $18.00 per hour plus tips; benefits programs and PTO are offered. Aspen One-affiliated property, located in Mammoth Lakes, CA, US; in-person work required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year customer service experience required
- 1 year serving experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Knowledge of food and beverage including wine
- Knowledge of pool standards and safety
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
