Job Summary
Seasonal full-time Pool Server at Capital City Club in Brookhaven, GA, delivering high-quality service in outdoor dining and pool areas. Role involves presenting menus, taking orders, assisting in other dining venues, managing sections/tables, handling member and guest inquiries and complaints, adhering to service standards, and using the Northstar POS system. Shifts vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays. Non-tipping environment with guaranteed wages, complimentary meals, free parking, provided work uniforms, and employee recognition events. Training provided for exceptional candidates; drug testing required for employment offer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16
- Minimum 2 years of server/wait staff experience (training provided for exceptional candidates)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is beneficial
