Job Summary
POOL Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care at our multiple crisis and inpatient units. The role requires an Associate’s Degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), current license in good standing (Arizona Board of Nursing or compact license accepted or license-eligible within 90 days), and a minimum of 4 years of behavioral health RN experience including crisis and inpatient unit work. July 4-hour shifts monthly by the 15th of the prior month, valid driver’s license with a vehicle for rerouting, and ability to work across assigned units and locations as scheduled. Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree from an accredited nursing school required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days
- At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, to include both involuntary/voluntary
- Must be able to submit (4) minimum shifts a month, by the 15th of the month prior
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for rerouting commute
- Must be able to work at all assigned units within hired region, as assigned per central scheduling
- Must be able to reroute or change locations as requested per central scheduling
- Must be able to work crisis and inpatient units as assigned
