Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial swimming pool equipment across Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward platforms; program and configure Pentair IntelliCenter and Jandy iAquaLink systems; optimize variable-speed pumps for energy efficiency; perform preventive maintenance, repair leaks, replace pumps, motors, valves, heaters, and related components; read wiring diagrams, troubleshoot RS-485 network communication, and document service work; provide clear customer guidance on equipment operation, and communicate diagnoses, options, and estimates while working in the field.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward equipment
- Proficiency in programming Pentair IntelliCenter and Jandy iAquaLink systems
- Ability to troubleshoot automation systems and variable-speed pumps
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills for pool equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Experience with electrical and hydraulic diagnostics (multimeters, flow meters, etc.)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
- Maintaining professional appearance and clean job site
