Pool/PRN Registered Nurse (RN) - Highlands Ranch

Conduct professional nursing care for patients in an ambulatory clinic setting using a systematic approach of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collect focused health data, analyze assessment results to determine diagnostic statements, and develop individualized plans of care that address cultural, spiritual, and psychosocial differences. Coordinate care transitions across healthcare settings and evaluate progress toward stated outcomes. Employ educational strategies to promote individual and community health safety while participating in evidence-based practice and research initiatives. Act as a preceptor for new staff when assigned and contribute to quality improvement projects within the clinical and organizational settings.
