Pool Manager

Monitor the pool area to prevent injuries, administer first aid or CPR as needed, and rescue distressed persons using American Red Cross techniques. Maintain water quality by testing chemical levels and performing regular maintenance on filtration systems while ensuring sanitary conditions across all facilities. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise lifeguard staff to ensure a safe and clean swimming environment. Contact emergency medical personnel for serious injuries and perform other work assigned by management. This role supports SwimMetro's mission to provide seasonal lifeguard services at over 45 facilities in Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen, and Chester, offering flexible hours, further training, and opportunities to earn extra income through swim lessons or special events.
