Pool Manager

Monitor the pool area to prevent injuries, administer first aid or CPR, and rescue distressed persons using American Red Cross techniques. Maintain water quality by testing chemicals and performing filtration system maintenance while ensuring sanitary conditions in bathrooms and pool decks. Recruit, train, and supervise lifeguard staff to ensure a safe and clean swimming environment. Contact emergency medical personnel for serious injuries and perform other assigned tasks. This role supports seasonal lifeguard staffing at 45+ facilities in Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen, and Chester.
