Pool Manager

Monitor the pool area to prevent injuries and provide care as necessary, including administering first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Rescue distressed persons using American Red Cross techniques and equipment, while testing chemical levels and maintaining sanitary conditions of the pool deck and bathrooms. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise lifeguard staff to ensure a safe and clean swimming environment. Contact emergency medical personnel for serious injuries and perform other work assigned by management. This role supports seasonal lifeguard staffing at 45+ facilities in Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen, and Chester, offering flexible hours, further aquatics training, and opportunities to earn extra income through Swim Lessons or Special Events.
